I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I am passionate about inspiring people to shift their mindset and habits, from just seeing food as calories without its nutritional value, to being inspired to fill their plates with real, whole foods that satisfy the body and mind. I follow a holistic approach, with nutrient dense foods as the foundation, and help people create building blocks that bring the body back into balance and assist in restoring health and vitality.
My experience working with Jenna changed my relationship with food, diets, and supplements. She takes her time to dive deep to get to the root of your difficulties and training goals. I can say wholeheartedly that I learned more about my body and nutrition while working with Jenna than from any other resource.
